　　当Aui的父母相继去世后，她来到了曼谷，与她的亲戚Bua同住。同样是家庭破碎的Bua先后失去自己的丈夫和儿子后，以占卜来维持生计。对她而言，能相依为命的就只有自己的外甥Aui。Aui对于自己的新生活甚不习惯，常常受到工作和自己的新居所排斥。为了减压，她不惜利用镇静剂。可是药物却令她感到生活更为恐惧……

　　志愿成为摄影师的泉泽月子（中村麻美 饰）3年曾遭遇一场车祸，在此之后她便患上失眠症，并且无法回忆起车祸之前发生的事。为了摆脱困扰，月子向精神科医生細野辰子（洞口依子 饰）求助。通过催眠疗法，月子无意识说出了“富江”这个名字。不久，刑警原田省二（田口トモロヲ 饰）拜访细野，因为他正在调查的神秘女子富江（菅野美穂 饰）与细野和月子都有着千丝万缕的关系。与此同时，月子公寓的楼下搬来一个行踪诡秘的男子，与他同来的还有一颗具有生命并且持续生长的头颅。月子尘封的噩梦渐渐被揭开……

　　当丈夫患上梦游症，夜晚完全变了一个人，一对年轻夫妇的生活就发生了翻天覆地的变化。妻子十分担心丈夫会伤害他们的新生儿，再也无法入睡……

　　故事发生在民国初年，一家小酒馆里发生了一起命案，乡绅林子卿的儿子林继尧被发现死在了酒馆老板娘贞娘的床上，而最大的犯罪嫌疑人就是老板曾家驹。负责此案的知事唐崇陶听取了林管家的证词，将曾家驹定罪。然而，曾家驹不服判决，他坚称是林继尧勾引贞娘在先，而当他闯入房中时，林继尧已经死了，而贞娘下落不明。
　　林子卿在暗地里花重金买通了唐崇陶，虽然唐崇陶对案件的真相也持有着怀疑的态度，但最终，曾家驹被执行了死刑，贞娘也因此而自杀。事后，一直受到良心谴责的唐崇陶陷入了自责的情绪之中，而曾家驹和贞娘的鬼魂也出现在他的面前。

　　故事紧接着上一部的时间线3年后，第一部的恶鬼力量虽然衰退但却在暗中等待着复苏的机会，很快一些系列的诡异事件开始发生，主角们开始意识到这一次的邪恶力量背后还有更复杂的秘密。

　　当康复中的酒鬼Robert（Pau Masó）回到布达佩斯与朋友们重新联系时；他也遇到了神秘的Hugo（Matthew Crawley），一个高大蓝眼睛的陌生人，他给了他最渴望的东西，迅速获得了他的信任。罗伯特不顾内心的劝告，心甘情愿地接受了雨果提出的周末度假建议。当雨果的真实意图被揭穿后，开始的田园周末发生了险恶的变化。
　　When Robert (Pau Masó), a recovering alcoholic, returns to Budapest to reconnect with friends; he also meets the enigmatic Hugo (Matthew Crawley), a tall blue-eyed stranger who quickly gains his trust by giving him what he craves most. Robert willingly accepts Hugo's proposal of a weekend getaway, against the advice of his inner circle. What begins as an idyllic weekend takes a sinister turn when Hugo's true intentions are revealed.

　　When a young soldier leaves for a mountain biking excursion, he meets the girl of his dreams as well as a group of violent locals who want to see them dead at any cost.
